Daisy Lady Patisserie is a one-woman show; a home-based bakery in Columbia City, IN, offering a passionate array of macarons and madeleines. From a very young age I have loved baking and creating and I have discovered an outlet to share my artwork in a way that is pleasing to the eye and the palette... french pastries! The simple, yet intricate, science of french baking has truly inspired me to create nostalgic yet elevated desserts that give any occasion something extra to smile about.
